Recently, a GENMA ship loader designed and fabricated by RHM was successfully delivered.

     The GENMA ship loader delivered this time is designed according to the actual needs of customers. On the basis of the belt conveyor, telescopic chute and telescopic boom system, a large dust removal hopper device is added, which can realize the "water-to-water transfer" bulk loading operation from 50,000-200,000-ton deadweight bulk carrier in front berth to 2000,000-20,000 ton deadweight bulk carrier in rear berth. In addition, the equipment adopts the design of extended telescopic chute, and the telescopic distance of the chute is as long as 23 meters, reaching the domestic leading level, and can flexibly adapt to various working conditions. At the same time, the equipment chute can be telescopically adjusted according to the water level and the fullness of the cabin. By controlling the blanking height, the dust flying at the blanking point can be suppressed to meet the requirements of the wharf's environmental protection operations.
