Recently, the GENMA brand 3,500 ton full-slewingoffshore crane (hereinafter referred to as: floating crane) independently designed and manufactured by RHM successfully lifted the test water tank with a weight of 3,850 tons, marking the successful completion of the heavy-duty function test of the equipment.
The GENMA 3,500 ton floating crane tested this time is specially used for the transportation, hoisting and installation of offshore wind power equipment. The maximum rated lifting capacity of the main hook is 3,500ton, the maximum rated lifting capacity of the auxiliary hook is 1200t, and it can perform 360° full rotation.
The whole machine adopts full frequency conversion drive and has a compact design structure. It has a smaller working radius and longer working distance than domestic cranes of the same specification. It is not only flexible and stable in operation, but also has a wider coverage, which is more conducive to the hoisting of large offshore components or wind turbine components.
Since the beginning of this year, under the circumstance that the epidemic situation is severe, the flow of people and the transportation of goods are greatly affected, RHM project team strictly implements the epidemic prevention and control measures, overcomes difficulties, and actively promotes the final assembly and commissioning of the project, so as to ensure the smooth completion of the heavy load test.
