On the afternoon of May 19, a GENMA branded pneumatic grain unloader (referred to as grain suction machine) built by RHM for Nantong Port was successfully shipped. It is reported that this product, as an important part of the container "bulk to collection" conveying system, will improve the quality and efficiency of bulk material handling operations in Nantong local port.
Unlike GENMA's previous large grain suction machines, the suction machine shipped this time is compact and flexible, saving floor space. The equipment still adopts GENMA's self-developed multi-stage turbine fan technology and high-efficiency dust removal technology, combining high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and no pollution. It is worth mentioning that the conveyor system accompanying this grain suction machine also has a metering and weighing function, which automatically measures and determines the loading of truck boxes, eliminating the need to weigh the truck and improving the overall operational efficiency. In addition, to ensure the quality of grain and other bulk materials transported, the GENMA grain suction machine has innovated its product structure by adopting a self-developed removable anti-wear bend, which effectively reduces the wear and tear of the conveying material on the bend, greatly extending the service life of the bend and reducing pipeline maintenance costs and the crushing rate of grain. GENMA grain pneumatic ship unloaders are specialised ship unloading equipment developed by RHM for various types of terminals, taking into account the significant advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and green environment protection. In the future, GENMA will further provide customers with "bulk-to-consolidation" conveying solutions according to market needs, helping terminals to stretch container throughput growth points and promoting high-quality port economic development.
