Employee forum activity based on Perfect Performance was held in RHM on May 13.
The
activity was organized according to world coffee talks
mode.Participants was divided into six groups,to analyse and explore how
to implement perfect performance.After two hours’ heated discussion,the
teamleader of each group shared their final ideas with all of us.
The
concept of Perfect Performance is put forward and practiced by
RHM.Through continuously improving all aspects of managemnt skills and
technical skills,RHM strives to make every link during project
performance more detailed,more professional,more perfect,ensuring to
meet customers’ quality requirements,to meet delivery date according to
contract,to meet the fixed cost,to make customer satisfied with our
service.
