The
Genma GYGQ350/116 offshore wind power engineering crane, designed by
RHM, has been successfully commissioned and passed through all the tests
in testing outline.
The GYGQ350/116 offshore wind power engineering crane is tailored according to client’s working conditions. This crane is installed into the offshore wind power assembly vessel for the application of wind power equipments installation.
The GYGQ350/116 offshore wind power engineering crane is the independent design of RHM for heavy offshore equipments, which is of spearhead level in design conditions, lifting capacity, lifting height as well as technology combination in China.
The crane is equipped with main & auxiliary hooks as well as the piling hook. The maximum lifting capacity of the main hook is 350t and the slewing radius is 66m in 360 degree range, with the lifting speed of 6m/mi and the max lifting height 130m. The lifting mechanism of the main hoist, auxiliary hoist, piling hook, slewing and luffing mechanism are all hydraulically controlled. The intelligent control of the whole system is carried out by combined PLC.
The crane design adopts the idea of standardization and modulation, which contribute to the attractive appearance, good performance as well as convenience in dismantling and transportation. Meanwhile the total weight of the crane is massively reduced. The crane is equipped with many safety applications and displaying screens to secure the safety of the operations. Moreover the application of non-maintenance design provides great convenience and shortcut in maintenance.
The successful commissioning of this crane has proved the new design capability, outstanding fabrication capacity and engineering management, as well as resource combination ability of RHM in offshore engineering equipments. The total solution for offshore engineering lifting equipments of RHM is also marked by this crane, Providing the base experience of greater lifting capacity cranes in design, fabrication and commissioning of RHM in the future.
