On November 15, 2023, Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. global sales conference & celebration of Koch's acquisition of FLSmidth‘s BMH business was successfully held in Nantong Binjiang Intercontinental Hotel. KOCH Solutions has successfully acquired FLSmidth's bulk handling and conveying business (including FLSmidth's previous acquisitions of Sandvik Mining Systems and ThyssenKrupp). With the acquisition of the FLSmidth Bulk handling and Conveying business, KOCH Solutions, the German subsidiary of Rainbow Group, will further expand and enhance its presence and competitiveness in the European market.
